We are Novo Labo ("Novo Labo", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Germany.

Novo Labo provides verified research peptides with independent purity testing and certificates of analysis.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
4. SHIPPING
We ship to selected countries as listed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Temperature-controlled shipping is used where required to maintain product integrity.
5. PRODUCT QUALITY
Every batch is independently tested for purity. A certificate of analysis (COA) is available for each batch upon request.
Products are for research use only. We make no representations regarding the suitability of our products for any particular research application.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novo Labo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products.
