SHIPPING POLICY

Novo Labo ships research peptides to selected countries as listed at checkout. All shipments are processed from our facility in Germany.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

For temperature-sensitive compounds, we use insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:

• Germany: 2-3 business days
• EU: 3-5 business days
• International: 5-10 business days

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to countries where research peptides are prohibited by local law. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that import of research peptides is legal in their jurisdiction.

TRACKING

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
